I just moved into a house that Mr. Briley manages and I’ve had nothing but great and prompt responses so far. Very nice guy! The ladies working for him are also very kind. I spoke with Felecia yesterday who is working very hard on getting me setup to pay everything online and I’m very thankful for her patience.

As a landlord I could not have financially survived the last year without Alaska Real Estate Associates. They stayed on top of my property and updated me frequently. They even got my tenants falling on hardship financial assistance. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Roger manages 2 of my apartment buildings in Anchorage. He's doing a great job and saving me a lot of money. His team is good at taking care of the tenants needs and requests and collecting the rents too. The last 2 property management companies were costing a fortune because of the extremely high turn over rate.
